We are delighted to be welcoming Yoga by Lizzie to Meadow Orchard Project!
Lizzie will be teaching a series of four yoga with somatic practices classes here at Meadow Orchard Project.
Classes to be held on Sunday mornings at 10.00 – 11.00am, starting on the 21st April.
Sessions held indoors in our beautiful roundhouse. Places are limited. For more information and to book your space please contact Lizzie or Meadow Orchard to book your place at a session.
