Our Site can only open, thanks to our dedicated team of hardworking Site Leaders. Present on Saturdays our Site Leaders open and secure the site, welcome visitors and help to co-ordinate some of the volunteering activities.
Being a Site Leader requires a certain level of commitment, as far as being available to volunteer on a number of Saturdays throughout the year. An enthusiasm and love of the project and support for the local community that is building around the site is probably the most important requirement.
If you would like to help support the project and the existing site leaders and are available on the occasional Saturday to help, we can provide an induction so that you are familiar with the site and our policies regarding site opening.
