#GoodtoGrow2024

Meadow Orchard Project is a member of the London Capital Growth network, we are also registered for the Good to Grow campaign 2024.

Sustain, the organisation that runs Capital Growth has a network of all of the member gardens, the Good to Grow Network.

Good to Grow (the new name for the Big Dig) is an online platform to support food growing in the UK. The Good to Grow Network is all about getting people involved in their local community garden.

Good to Grow Week 2024

From 22 – 29 April community gardens can join the week of action to celebrate the new growing season, opening their doors to new and current volunteers and building the Right to Grow movement!

And donโ€™t forget the annual Good to Grow photo competition. This year, there’s ยฃ50 up for grabs for the winning two gardens!

All you need to do is post a picture of yourself getting involved in community gardening on twitter, Instagram or Facebook and tag #GoodToGrow2024 using one or all of these captions:

  • Why you believe in the Right to Grow.
  • Why your garden is growing for nature
  • Why you love community food growing

Don’t forget to spread the word! Last year around 2000 volunteers took part in events across 137 gardens!
