10.50 for 11 am start, in cobhut or outside in the glade or circle if fine. Perhaps with the bees humming. Trees whispering. Birds singing. Stretch and shake out, check-in, twenty minutes’ sit and vision, lightly guided reflecting our combined thoughts. A slow walking meditation. 10’… then laughter, sing, stretch dance. 12.10 pm. And out into the sunshine and trees.
