Summer @ MOP

We are planning a Summer Celebration at Meadow Orchard on the 17th August and the lineup is sounding really exciting!

Following on from our volunteering activities from 11.00am -2.00pm, we will be hosting a Summer Social and Celebration from 2.00pm-10.30pm.

We are pleased to announce that Emily Hannah’s song group will be in attendance, and a great group of musicians! We’ll also have YogabyLizzie offering drop in Yoga Sessions in the cob. Caroline Jones will also be joining us to host a beautiful flow painting workshop!

Something really different for Meadow Orchard will be Shantung Northern Praying Mantis Kung-Fu by Sifu Bryan Barnes, demonstrating the Chinese Martial Art and Broadswords – pretty awesome!

We’ll also be hosting an informal Uke strum for those looking to try out ukuleles and learn a few chords, there will also be tours of our remarkable community space, Bio-char workshop, Rocket stove demo and a chance to learn about our Bio-Blitz and sign up for our iNaturalist Project.
