Sociocracy is a governance system focused on equality, collaboration, and decentralised decision-making. It uses consent-based decision-making, where all voices are heard. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and feedback loops allow continuous improvement. This model promotes transparency, accountability, and shared leadership within organisations and communities.
