We’re excited to invite all of the members of the Meadow Orchard Project to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is your chance to hear about everything that’s been happening over the past year, help shape our plans for the future, and take part in key decisions for our community garden.

What’s on the agenda?
Our AGM is both a celebration of our work together and an important opportunity to carry out the formal business of the project. This year’s agenda will include:
Formal business
- Approval of the minutes from the 2024 AGM
- Chair’s Report – reflections on the past year’s activities, challenges, and achievements
- End of Year Financial Report from our Treasurer
- Election of Management Committee members and officer roles
- Membership Report – trends, recruitment, and participation
Project updates
- Progress on garden projects and infrastructure improvements
- Volunteer activities and community events – recognising the amazing contributions of our members
- Environmental and biodiversity initiatives, including habitat creation and wildlife monitoring
- Partnerships with local groups, schools, and organisations
Looking ahead
- Goals and priorities for the coming year
- Funding opportunities and upcoming grant applications
- Open floor session – your ideas, suggestions, and feedback for the future of the Meadow Orchard
Closing
- Acknowledgements and thank-yous to volunteers, donors, and partners
- Any other business (AOB)
- Confirming the date of our next meeting
