The right trees for the right places! Meadow Orchard Project is a part of the Conservation Volunteers (TCV) “I Dig Trees Campaign”. We have received over 900 tree and native hedging saplings including; Crab apple, Hawthorn, Rowan, Elder, Dogwood and Dog Rose. A soil blocker creates a little compact block of seed compost which thanks to the soil blocker holds itself together into a little cube! Meadow Orchard Bio-Blitz with iNaturalist
A Bio-Blitz is an exciting event where volunteers record details of local flora and fauna to create a snapshot of wildlife on a specific day. These observations are then shared on our iNaturalist project. Anyone can join in by signing up for a free iNaturalist account and uploading their wildlife photos through the iNaturalist app, available on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
